To enrol on one of our courses, fill in the form and send it to astrologycollege.com, PO Box 91, Leominster HR6 6AQ, UK along with the payment for your course. Students wishing to enrol on the Diploma Course, should fill in the form on the Contact Us page, requesting a Diploma Course Enrolment form in the "comments" box.

Please email enquiries@astrologycollege.com for up to date prospectus and enrolment forms. While all the courses can be bought in pdf format, there are no PayPal boxes that include the pdf fees until the second week in February.

Please note that astrologycollege.com is a distance learning college and cannot help students obtain visas to study in the UK.

All course fees are payable in advance in £ sterling. Please use the relevant enrolment form which you can download below. astrologycollege.com can accept payment by postal order or cheque, by International Money Order, and also by the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard; Debit Master Card; Visa Credit and Visa Debit; Visa Delta; Maestro; Solo; JCB; Visa Purchasing. Please make cheques payable in sterling to ‘astrologycollege.com’ For your own protection, you should keep records of cheque stubs or counterfoils as your record of payment, keeping a copy of the enrolment form, if you have received one, and the address details of astrologycollege.com. You should not pay in cash. A receipt will be issued when your payment has been received. You can phone the college (0845 126 0407 or 01568 611597) with debit/credit card details. If you are outside the UK, phone +44 1568 611597. For your own protection, please do not send credit/debit card details via email.

Despatch of Course Material
When you enrol, astrologycollege.com will despatch the course material to you within ten working days, although it is usually done much sooner than this. If you have ordered hard copy of the course material and you have not received it within two weeks, please alert the college as soon as possible. (Please note, for some overseas destinations course material may take longer to arrive). If you have ordered pdf files, these are sent in several emails which will be despatched within ten working days of your order, although it is usually done much sooner than this. You will be told how many emails have been sent.

The policy varies slightly depending on whether you bought the course material in hard copy format (sent in the post), or in pdf files which you download and which are not returnable. Once you have received the course material you are allowed 14 days to assert your cancellation rights and have most of your payment refunded, as long as you do not start the course within this period. The refund will not include the cost of processing your cheque, credit or debit card. The average cost of processing a credit or debit card is 1.7% of course fee, although it does depend on what kind of card is used. If you have been sent pdf files instead of hard copy, you will not receive a refund for the course development element allocated per module which is 15% for each module you have bought. Please return the course material in good condition if you have received hard copy. While your refund is not subject to you returning the course material, astrologycollege.com reserves the right to claim the cost back from you, if it is not returned in good condition within 30 days of receipt of refund.

Tell the college when you have received the course material: It is essential that you tell the college when you receive your course material, if you have ordered hard copy manuals and course manuals in the post, by using the email address or phone number below (in the next section). If you have not received your course material in reasonable time, it is essential that you tell the college. Failure to notify the college either way may compromise your rights to claim a refund. You will be notified by letter and/or email (if you have email) when the course material is sent.

How to apply for a refund? First of all email enquiries@astrologycollege.com or phone 01568 611597 (+44 1568 611597 from outside UK) and tell the college that you would like a refund.

Then, please put your request in writing to astrologycollege.com, 6 Lower Buckfield Cottages, Leominster HR6 8RN., UK. If you do not put your request in writing within 14 days of receiving the course material, you may not get a refund. We ask you to put your request in writing to ensure that your request is genuine and has not come from someone else. Please get a Certificate of Posting if you live in the UK, or proof of posting if you live outside the UK. Once the college has received your letter, you will receive a refund within 14 days.

When does the cancellation period start? Your right to cancel your enrolment starts when you receive the course material, which is why it is essential that you tell the college when you have received it. If you have received the course material in pdf files, your right to cancel your enrolment starts as soon as all the course material has been sent in pdf format, if you have chosen that option.

astrologycollege.com reserves the right not to sell course material to anyone who asks for more than one refund.

Privacy Statement

astrologycollege.com is dedicated to keeping your information confidential. We retain only the necessary data to offer you a good standard of service and this data is used only in accordance with our entry in the Data Protection Register. We endeavour to maintain the accuracy of this information. Data is not kept for any longer than necessary. Credit/debit card details are not kept on the data base and these are destroyed as soon as they have been processed, except for the receipt. These are only kept for three months and are locked away. We do not rent or sell our data to third parties. We do not submit any payment details via the website.

Time, Date and Place
If you make a decision to study astrology, the first thing you might like to do is to take a note of the time, date and place of where you are now before filling the enrolment form in. Later on you may want to draw up a chart for the moment you decided to explore this new language and when you were introduced to looking at the world in a different way.
