For an enrolment form, either download an enrolment form from the link below or fill in the form on the Contact Us section and one will be posted to you. To enrol on one of our courses, fill in the form and send it to astrologycollege.com, PO Box 91, Leominster HR6 6AQ, UK along with the payment for your course. Students wishing to enrol on the Diploma Course, should fill in the form on the Contact Us page, requesting a Diploma Course Enrolment form in the "comments" box.

Please note that due to holidays it will not be possible to answer emails (using enquiries@astrologycollege.com) between 19 June and 5 July 2008. You can email jean@jeanelliott.f9.co.uk as these will be answered after 2nd July, instead of 5 July. If you would like to phone during this period, either use the astrologycollege.com phone number or phone 07947 531793. No course material will be despatched between 19 June and 2nd July.

If you wish to enrol on the new Module 7, please download the Diploma Course enrolment form. The fee is the same as for the other diploma modules.

How to Pay
All course fees are payable in advance in £ sterling upon receipt of your enrolment form. astrologycollege.com can accept payment by postal order or cheque, (International Money Order, and also by the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard; Visa Credit; Visa Delta; Switch; Solo; JCB; Visa Purchasing; and American Express.) Please make cheques payable in sterling to ‘astrologycollege.com Ltd.’ For your own protection, you should keep records of cheque stubs or counterfoils as your record of payment, keeping a copy of the enrolment form, if you have received one, and the address details of astrologycollege.com. You should not pay in cash. A receipt will be issued when your payment has been received.

Despatch of Course Material
When you enrol, astrologycollege.com will despatch the course material to you within ten working days. If you have not received it within two weeks, please alert the college as soon as possible. (Please note, some overseas destinations may take longer.) Your tutor will send you a copy of your birth chart once you have enrolled and, when appropriate, will send you guidance notes after the exercises as well as giving you feedback on tutor assessed exercises.

Refunds
If you have enrolled on a module and decide within 7 days of payment that you do not want to do the course, you have the right to ask for a refund once you have returned the course material in good condition. Otherwise, unless the circumstances are very exceptional, you will not get a refund. Failing to do course work does not entitle you to a refund. If you think your circumstances are very exceptional, you should contact astrologycollege.com putting forward your case in writing. If a refund is granted, deductions are likely to be made for course material and administration costs.

Complaints Procedure
If you are concerned about issues relating to the tutoring you receive, if possible try raising the issue with your tutor first. There may just be a simple misunderstanding. If you are still dissatisfied, or if you are concerned about some matter that does not directly involve your tutor, contact the Directors at astrologycollege.com who will do their best to help you sort the matter out and negotiate between you and the tutor if necessary. Complaints made to the Directors will be acknowledged within five working days. You will be advised on approximately how long it will take to resolve a dispute as soon as is reasonably possible and you will be kept informed of progress.

Time, Date and Place
If you make a decision to study astrology, the first thing you might like to do is to take a note of the time, date and place of where you are now before filling the enrolment form in. Later on you may want to draw up a chart for the moment you decided to explore this new language and when you were introduced to looking at the world in a different way.
